the practice of one's own meditation. This is the interrelationship between Mind Training and meditation.

Guru Rinpoche had mentioned :
"In the Dharma practice, try to merge the teachings with your mind, and to combat with the discursive thoughts. Please remember this !"

(f) Wrong : Because the foundation of Mind Training is weak, it cannot help to arouse the wisdom within oneself.

Right : From the disciplines one can slowly develop meditation power, and then from meditation one develops wisdom, in order to further train the mind. In turn, Mind Training can help oneself to adhere to the disciplines, develop meditation power and wisdom. These are the interrelationships among them.

Guru Rinpoche had mentioned :
"Do not let the Dharma practice to deteriorate into "the ordinary", let it be absorbed into one's own mind, and to practice it. Please remember this !"
